yeah man the only reason i was saying it is because i had a mishap before, had 86kg on my back, was down squatted tried to come up and elbows back not down, weight transitioned onto my neck about half way up, boom goodmorning iniated, before i know it i was going forward, couldnt drop the bar or dive bomb coz i dont have a proper setup. Ended up going head first into the wall ahead of me, only then was able to drop the weight and one of the barbells whipped up and hit the back of my neck. Not a fun time.
Lol its funny now when I look back on it but at the time it was pretty serious. Since then ive made absolutely sure to keep my elbows down coz im positive thats what caused it to happen. I have a spotter for squats since aswell so dont worry about ol celtic8laoch splitting his skull in the future. One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that!

I DID IT!!!1 UBBBBBADUBADUBADUUBAAA
Garage brochacho. It's attached to the house but no access without going outside. I am thinking if we ever have the coin to maybe build an extension on the back of the house in line with the back end of the garage should give us more space and I won't ever have to go outside... lol.
If I did do that I would definitely pipe in some central heating into there, a little radiator or something."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"
