Big session, delts felt pumped to fuark, really feeling they have come on so well this bulk. Can't wait to start cutting up and seeing what they look like LOL...
Can feel it in my blood... I am going to hit 80kg x 1 (176lb) when I attempt my maxes again.

Thanks mate, the dumbbell pressing has always been a side goal. Seeing a guy at my last gym pressing 45kg's for reps made me think there and then that one day I would do it... Getting closer and closer.
Hah yes well spotted! It actually fits now was way too baggy when in Vegas. I suppose you don't realise it at the time but I have gained 18lbs since then and that obviously makes a big difference!

Thanks mate, I wasn't sure how well it would be received, many people want to hear fancy shiz when it comes to the secret of cutting but really that is what I have found to be the way to get it done. yeah, it was amateur danish, a shorter version of what you explained! Did you know that english is pretty much a scandinavian language too, as swedish and danish. I can read and understand danish pretty good, if not perfect. But henceforth I'll stick to the queens english at this log.

Ahh I did not even think of having a high upload usage, I bet that was a pain to deal with since most ISP's would definitely assume some illegal activities were happening.
