Holy crap man! Progress pics look real good. First thing that popped to my mind was "huge chest." looks good!
With the lat spread heres a lil tip from me: Sort of bend over as if you were gonna do a barbell row. Then pull your elbows back squeezing your lats together. Once that feels good and tight, pull your elbows forward keep your lats tight still. Then you can return back to a more upright position.
Thats how Johnnie Jackson explains it in one of his videos. My friend is the one who explained it to me and it helped me a lot. Definitely made my lats spread more
Finally, 220 for 16? Very good ****My new bulking log. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146899443&p=926377483#post926377483

Man you should have whipped off the your top, snorted 3 lines of creatine and bust out the bodybuilding poses, break the ice sculptor, slap the tallest mother trucker there and made love to all their women!!
But being cereal your looking unreal in the pics. Serious biceps and the chest is looking good aswell. Your back is outstanding, you keep reminding me of a bat or something ha. The real batman!
I always thought dbo was like danny boy or something, dunno what dbol is, im unaware.
Was it pc you used play on yeah? I have a ps3 and play BF3 there from time to time. Used be addicted to the thing but now its lifting im addicted to. Best trade I ever made. One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

Dem feels
You are bang on. That is how it became DBO, danny boy dbo. Dbol is short for Dianabol an oral steroid.
Yeah I used to be big into PC gaming. Was full on WoW player at one point, literally would wake up, check auction house, put items up for sale, go to work, come home, raid all night, sleep, repeat. Is how I got fat... along with all the beer drinking and pizza munching I used to do on the weekends.
I am addicted to lifting I guess but meh there's worse things you can be addicted too. Used to be well into the old charlie but thankfully not any more."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

Hah you sound like me a year ago. Drinking beer, eating crap, playing Battlefield, sleep all day up all night, I was even in a clan, as a leader organising clan battles and everything with a bunch of americans. Living a right daze and dream life.
But yeah I was pretty addicted to BF and I hear wow is like the mack daddy of gaming addictions. Thank god for weights! One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

Cheers mate. That belt has improved my depth, it's left a nice red mark across my belly where it runs as I go down - battle scars.
All those BBB sets have paid off. Just guess I needed more practice at the movement. Just doing it for a few reps then moving onto other exercises isn't enough."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

Strong squatting mate
Those BBB sets are impressive after the heavy work. I should really consider doing some back off sets like that- good chance to work on form (and shape dem wheels!)PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

They have really helped my main squats. Repping 110kg next session should be good for carry over.
