Just porting this over from the macenko thread and will upload squats once done. Did bench then squats this morning, was meant to have squatted last night but was out at work all f*cking night on call out so didn't have time or energy when I got back at 10.30pm. Only did the main squats and the BBB set, no other leg work, still feels good.

Strong compassion ITT, so much for the rocky balboa speech!
Thats serious bench power man, pretty impressive, Cant wait to get on your level.
So when exactly do you hope to enter a bb comp? One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

lol, it's a real b*tch to balance out strenght and weight goals, it not an aesthetical thing to keep my bodyweight down, merely a tactical matter.
The contest is about doing stuff based on BW measures, I rather curl 99 lbs than 113 lbs if you get what I mean.my workout log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147657213

Thoughts
I didmy Macenko 2b routine prior to the Squats and to be fair I was shattered. Was meant to have squatted the night before but this week I am on call out and one of our plants is being a royal pain in the bell end at the moment. I was not feeling to clever to begin with but soldiered on... Yesterday I felt like I had been hit by a train my full body was aching all my bones and joints sore as sh*t and I had literally no energy. Total wipeout and being the only employee in the north at the moment I had to still go into work...
Anywhos I felt crap still this morning but right now I feel back on top form so I think it was just a 24hr virus or some chit... it's put me behind schedule but tonight I shall hit the Delts and OHP and tomorrow should be Deads and Upper Back with Chest again on Saturday :O
May end up moving it to Sunday but will see how I feel.
