Lol I don't wanna know what you do with those pics your saving...
They are filling out very quickly I think I must of been flat as fuark when I went to LV. Weight is stabilising aswell and my love handles have sucked in. Drop from 3k to 2.7k a day seems to have done it.
The plan is to go to end of march. So that's a good 5 months of growth to be had and ideally that 5lbs of lean mass I'm looking for. As most comps in the UK are later in the year it gives me lots of time to cut slow and I may even be set for an entry! Exciting stuff!
One thing I am thinking though is I should maybe go for a higher initial rate of loss say 1.5-2lb and then slow it down to 1lb a week just from the past 2 cuts experience and the conisistent plateau and strength drops around week 16... Or I need to practice refeeds better... It's all a big learning curve.
And I'm rambling."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

I post dem on my ******** page and pretend they're me to get da chikz
Srsly though, I use 'Grab' on my Mac and I can get a pic posted on-line in under a minute ......I use the screencap a lot when I'm checking out my squat form
You look to have filled out well since Vegas so a 5 month bulk should see you get that extra 5 lbs easily I would have thought. Of course....maintaining the new mass on the cut is he hardest part, but your graded plan for the cut sounds good"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Lol sounds like a handy tool.
I don't think keeping the lean mass will be hard, I think the difficult bit is getting my timings right. I know I can cut pretty well now as I looked bigger in the 170s this year than I did in the 180s last year. So that should be ok.
I'll be going back to the old routine of 6 reps for 4-5 sets heavy ass weight for assistance. Seems to be the key."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

Lol at the screen cap fit took. Your only wearing one wrist wrap.
Nice shoulder session shoulders looking good. If you bulk and cut how you did last time you should be golden. I mean look at you nowMy “training log”

Well spotted! There's a reason for that. A guy called Alex who I've spoke to on YT (who's strong as fuark btw) said he gave up wearing Wraps. I decided to try, right (which is my all round damaged as fuark forever wrist) said no, left was ok-ish.
The way I see it, I need my wrists to perform my job. If doing this bollocks them up so I can't work then it's counter productive. So I'll probs be using wraps regardless."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

Well I'm not strong as fuark but I'll tell you. Not using wraps on light warmup sets is ok but damn if I'm not going to wear them on heavier sets. Preventative measures. So they don't hurt ever again.

I agree with you matey. It was an increase in weights that screwed my wrist up to begin with. Probably wouldn't have this issue if I had always used wraps.
You too matey! Have you tried what I told ya yet?

i would also recommend wraps for heavy push man. i guess possibly there could be some detrimental effect to your forearms, seeing as mine suck i don't worry about it. i'd rather protect my wrist, they snap rather easily as i've found out several times.

Just from a quick ebay search they all seem to be pretty much the same and fairly cheap. This is the first search result and ones I would most likely buy, look legit??

Btw im pressing 132lbs atm for 3x5s and adding 5lbs pretty much every week, does this weight constitute wraps? Only reason i'm asking is coz i've never had wrist problems before but as DBO says he wish he had used them before he injured himself. One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

lmao... as you can see cel wraps are a personal preference, some dudes never use them and are fine. in truth the only time i've injured mine was being less then smart oly lifting or boxing. problem is once they get hurt they're never the same. so i wrap up for bigger presses
weight all depends on you. if you feel it's putting a lot of strain then any weight could require wraps. The dumber people think you are, the more surprised they're going to be when you kill them. - William Clayton

Lol no worries, ask away
I agree with this
Is that overhead press or bench? I have 24" wraps which give excellent support, I have 12" wraps too which are not as good.
You just lucky / have perfect wrist position - form / bendy ass mafugger / all of the above. Like I said, I never used to use them and one over zealous session of Macenko bench landed me up with my tendinitis but you live and learn can only imagine it might not have happened if I had used wraps from the get go. Also, as before, I need my wrists to work or I can't - I work on big ass heavy plant (gensets) and need to be able to move heavy stuff about and use big ass tools.. I'm literally useless at work when it starts flaring up."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"
