Forgot to post this from the other day:
Squats - Highlight = 140kg for a few reps, little wobbly, squat is my weakest lift and it's starting to show signs of getting weaker now due to the cut.

That 140kg x 2 reps looked great .... really deep and keeping a strong torso position. It didn't look too wobbly either ... looked pretty easy for you actually
Those really are ATG reps ... I can't see how you could get any lower. Great squatting"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Cheers boss, appreciate it
They look easy enough I guess but they really didn't feel it. I am looking forward to finishing my cut in about 5 weeks. Looking at myself I have some areas that will be loose skin when I cut down some more so will need to "fill" them out afterwards. Cheers mate"Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

You're cutting, doing a ton of squats, and still repping 1.75 times your bodyweight.
Of course it'll feel tough! Squat is going to skyrocket once you are even just eat around maintenance or just more than you currently are.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Hey! Less of the thin! I already have a complex!
No food for me just yet! Got a good 5 weeks yet to try and get the job done! I want genuine visible abs without having to tense up like I'm taking a s'hit!
That pic is 12 weeks cutting, around 1lb a week yes. I had been cutting for 4 weeks before the before pic, just happened I found out that Bodyspace comp was open to people in the UK so I entered.

Mirin' the forearm definition and the hosepipe biceps vein on the screen cap!
The form looked really good on those rows Danny ... Pendlays looked tight and explosive and you kept the Yates rows tight as well. Krocs looked good for 65kg
I didn't see the landmines though
Lats and lower back are getting really strong!Last edited by fittofattofit; 04-23-2013 at 08:32 PM.

Cheers broheim
I don't have a landmine dude, I am in the midst of stealing it from the commie gym.. just gotta take my spanners in and it's mine! (no pun intended)
There is a huge difference between being fully loaded up with carbs and being depleted. Most of my sessions have never been fully loaded so it's always a struggle. I could feel the lats working to pull the weight with the rows, compare it to last times rows and you see I am using my body for motion big time, this was all back.... be on that carb time permanently soon I think. Just got to shed some more chub first, it's slowed down again on my gut but can feel things feeling "loose"... usually means I'm about to drop of some weight / inches.
I've been going to a paid gym to use their heavy bags, had a couple of sessions there too but to be honest, always train much better and harder at home. Only plus sides of the commy gym is the dumbbells are nicer to use than my oly handles (especially for circus press, an exercise I love but can't really do at home) and keeping my mrs motivated by being her "PT".
Lol. Cheers. 4 plates this year ATG dude."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

5 more weeks man, that aint no thing, be there in no time.
Question fellow cutter of peace. I was watching your PES Alphamine video and it got me thinking. You said to only use it while on a cut and around 15% bf right, but what would you think of using it during a recomp diet, would it be of any benefit as far as recomping the body goes?
Im going down to 190lb by July and planning on recomping for a while, dont know how long yet. Ive never used a fat burner, but then it clicked in my head that it might be useful to me during that recomp phase.
Why say you cutter of peace? One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.
My journey from 358lbs started January of 2012.
