just aware on your friend man, that fn sucks, I often think of some deabiliiting disease coming on me, be really fkd up and then theres guys like your mate that have to live with the reality of it. I dunno how they do it. Its great that he has friends supporting him in his time of need. I hope everything goes well for him.

I've already commented and laughed at you're snatches at FB. Hope the medical science can do something for your friend. We are after all a fragile species, us humans.
on Olys, I think its better to start off with cleans before snatches, but that's my personal opinion..my workout log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147657213

Excellent form on those box squats now Danny and that is carrying over to the back squats where you are getting really deep and getting a good stretch reflex at the bottom and a nice drive up. 140kg is looking very good and it looks like you've got plenty of progression left in your squatting ---- repping 4 pps this year?
Fronts looking great as well.
As for the snatch ..... hmmmmm .... I'ce seen better ones on a camel
Great sesssion though Danny, and getting really strong on the squatting"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

lulz
Haha tell her to take them down, I don't wanna go on my bike more than I can help it!
Damn straight. Planning to pull 5 plates this year so figured if I can get a pair of 20kg plates I can practice with them AND have a 5th plate. I don't mind practising with the 10kg cast plates because if I drop them, who gives a sh'it.
Yeah a lot of people don't realise how lucky they are. I'm sure he will be alright. He is very stubborn lol... and he has already made plans to buy a wingsuit and go grinding when he is better haha
LOL yeah I think I gotta start somewhere. Was mainly doing this for sh'its and giggles. Gotta break the lift down like kraut says.
It's definitely working and carrying over. Yes the shoes help with the ROM but honestly I don't think they help with the work needing to be done. With that said, being 7 weeks into a cut, much lighter and tired and cranky I can honestly say 140kg felt the lightest it's ever felt so I am pretty confident once the cut is over and I get back into it there is gunna be some great progression this year. If I can just hover around this area for the next 13 weeks I will be more than happy and I already know strength flies back fast once you feed calories back in (Jason 4k dreamer bulk FTW).
That's what our lass said.....
Awwww no you're not buddy. Chin up.
Thanks mate and yup pretty proud"Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

Lol snatch looked pro bro. Dont try to jump, it's a triple extension the stomp is a by product. Just focus on the extensions first. The rest will come. The extension is where you generate all your power. Dont think dead lift to high pull just think triple extension.
Watch that arse flair on your squats bro. It's shooting way put on your up lift. Knees look good thoughThe dumber people think you are, the more surprised they're going to be when you kill them. - William Clayton

Yeah man I noticed too. Happened this session mainly, you will notice on the 2nd rep of 140kg it is at its worst and I stop and shake my head as I knew what had happened. I'm gunna scratch it down to being tired, had 5 weeks solid squatting 3 times a week, deload next week.
Triple extension.... da fuq?
Deffo looking to get into it properly after this cut. Will have a specific "oly day".
Oh yes. The swole WILL be ours."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"
