I have been trying to get a more accurate estimate on how much fat I am removing when I drain my ground turkey [93/7] and am stumped with the results so I figured I would ask some that might be wiser than me in this department.
The ground turkey [precooked] was 739 grams.
After I cooked the turkey, I drained the fat into a cup, let it congeal into this gooey block of fat, drained the liquid away from it, and measured the chunk of fat to be 98 grams on my scale.
The package states that each serving is 112 grams in size and is 8 grams of fat per.
Is there a way to estimate a rough number of how many grams of fat I removed from each serving by draining it off or am I being unrealistic that this is an obtainable measurement?

no, there is no way to estimate how much fat was lost. Even with your (VERY OCD method I might add :] ) it's impossible to tell how much fat was lost.
just pick a number (say you are removing 50% of the fat) but keep that number constant when counting your macros. As long as you keep things constant and like the results you are getting, it doesn't matter if you removed 4 grams of fat or 2 grams of fat per serving by draining.
oh and btw, how accurate do you think those labels are anyway....let me tell you, not very ESPECIALLY with ground meat. One package might be exactly 93/7, another might be 91/9. The labels are best, AVERAGE estimates.
good luck.★Subaru WRX/STi Crew★ <--- Copy and paste. Lets get this scooby part rollin!!!
