    Body fat percentage?

Abs are only visible at roughly 10% depending on how big your ab muscles actually are in the first place.

Just eat 500 calories under your maintenance and get around 1g of protein per 1lb of bodyweight. People do recommend a little over 1g when on a cut though to help preserve as much muscle as possible. It's unlikely you'll lose a lot of muscle when cutting providing your diet is good and you aren't on too much of a deficit.

6'3 177lbs you anorexic freak, start eating and lifting (your abs will start showing,do heavy compounds - like squats and bent over bb rows). With proper diet you don't need cardio (it is still advisable to do it!), abs are made in kitchen brah.
