WHAT ARE THE SIX FOODS?
I cant lose weight because i eat a jar of nutella everyday, its just so delicious! If i can still eat my nutella AND those six foods and lose weight id be very happy
But seriously, i can only imagine the editor of that magazine is this guy
No wonder the majority of people cant lose weight, there are magazines out there dedicated to misinformation that arent even supplement magazines -__-There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

People want shortcuts with everything in life.
Losing weight? No one wants to eat right and work out for a couple of years. Making money? No one wants to work hard and put in what's necessary to come up in life. You want to buy something big? Why bother saving up for it, when you can whip out your credit card and order it on Amazon to be delivered tomorrow.
Instant gratification -- that's become the defining cultural statement of our times.

Magazines like this are a huge part of why there are so many fat people. All of the claims are hilarious to all of us but the general population doesn't get the joke. I hear women at work share these insider tips all the time. (Just eat X and never eat Y and you'll lose 5 lbs) Most of them are registered nurses too. They are college educated with a curriculum heavy on human physiology, biochemistry, and NUTRITION. It just makes me laugh sooo hard. One very slow night I found a copy of shape magazine sitting in the break room. I grabbed a red pen and "edited" it. Boy did I have a lot of confused nurses the next week asking if everything I wrote was true. Some people will just never understand that you can eat ice cream and lose weight. They all saw me do it and they simply think I have a "fast metabolism" even though they all knew me when I was a 315lb fat ass. Where was my metabolism then? If highly educated people don't even get it how are the www.peopleofwalmart.com/ ever going to get it?
