nope. i average around 8 hours of sleep, eat well, get my vitamins, lift well

the rest of my blood work looked good, but the doc recommended i see an endrologist. so i'm getting another blood work done and hopefully i can get some trt or something

eat a lot of fat, buy some DAA(proven to raise test with 40%), Lift heavier and a lot of compounds. Try a supplement called ashwagandha(also raises test by 40%). If you do this all you could double your natural test, serious. I had test of 398, well after doing this.. lets just say I dont have low test anymore lol

yup, just my normal one. told him i was having some signs of low t or mono or something. he then did a physical check and had some blood work done to see if it was other stuff like thyroid or etc

It's alright man test goes up and down all the time, it easily could've just been a bad week to get tested. Keep pushing hard; even if you have low test, someone with low test will make 10x the gains as someone with high test sitting on their ass and doing nothing.

Squats, lots more fats, and sleep. And maybe some of dat dere in cream/gel form for a short while. Try alternatives first though, i made the mistake of getting right on dat dere medical bicycle and have been in the tour de france ever since, wish i had tried alternatives first. feelsbadman

I had mine tested when I was 20, felt like sh!t. Test levels came back 410. Doc didn't want to prescribe me anything, *******. It's alarming how many people these days suffer from low test.

i'd say on average maybe 1.5 hours to 2 hours a day. i drive a convertible type car so i get a good amount of sun from that
