Hi I'm new when it comes to bodybuilding. Not the lifting portion, but the nutrition part. I know the difference between bulking and cutting. I just got done with a four month cutting program and now want to start bulking. I was thinking I would do a "see food" diet where I would eat anything I feel like for a few weeks before I start "clean bulking" is this ok? I just want to get my strength back up before I max out on lifts so I can achieve my strength goals later.

bodybuilerds and just general people who are into musclebuilding have finally come to the realization that "dirty bulking" which is just gorging on anything and everything puting on a ton of weight quickly does nothing for you except contributes to bad habits and poor health.
There is ZERO benefit from doing that. You can only put on so much muscle no matter how much you eat so why do you want to purposely add on a bunch of fat? To be honest even bodybuilders on tons of drugs don't do this "super bulk", eat a ton of crap diets anymore.

To answer some questions. I'm 18 and have been "lifting" since freshman year of HS for football. Now that it's over i want to start bodybuilding. My plan was this: cut spring/summer and bulk fall/winter. I plan on powerlifting for when i bulk and right now i just got done cutting and would like to gain some strength back before i begin my bulking program so im eating whatever i want now while lifting hard four times a week with cardio on the others. This i was going to do until school starts (what im counting as fall) and then ill clean bulk. Is this ok is what im asking since im new to this. Thanks.

you don't need to binge eat to get your strength back...that makes no sense. If you just got done cutting I assume you were on a 500 calorie or more deficit. If you go to a 500 calorie surplus that is at least a 1,000 calorie a day bump. YOU WILL GET YOUR STRENGTH BACK FROM THAT. Going "dirty" and doing like a 2,000 calorie surplus will not give you any extra benefit.
I know you are only 18 but you're a big boy now. If you want to gorge and just eat a ton of sh*t in a huge calorie surplus then do it. Just admit to yourself "I want to eat everything and anything I want and not worry about diet" and do it. There are no rules you can eat cake 22 times a day if you want.
You just need to clearly understand there is no extra benefit in just gorging and eating whatever, whenever compared to going from cutting to a modest bulk of like a 500 calorie surplurs.
