We are about the same for weight right now bro! lol. I was 212 this morning. I am 6'1'' though, and you are 5'11''? You have a ton TON more muscle than me and are a lot f-ing stronger too bro.
Just a random question here bro. You drink a lot of diet soda? I think last time you dieted like this you said something like you were drinking a ton of diet soda and 0 calorie drinks, like extend?
I drink at least 1 gallon of water a day, but I love my diet soda also. Is to much bad, besides all the aspartame and whatever is in it.

Musings
So I will likely be unable to post tomorrow due to a fun filled day of motorcycling to the northern Catskill mountains with my dad, Buns, and some friends....off day from the gym which is given =) Will be interesting PSMFing on the road. Likely have some cold cuts for breakfast and bring some protein bars for the trip, wash em down with energy drinks and hope for the best!
I was going to wait till Sept 3rd to snap progress pictures but a few people asked me for a front shot so here it is....very unflattering pic haha, 0 pump, 5th day on PSMF macros, and a sexy farmers tan haha!
209lbs on the scale, 207lbs morning weight......def flat and depleted lol.

Yesterday was a long day spent on my bike....covered about 500 miles was 205.4 yesterday morning ....looks like this stint of psmf is a huge success thus far....and three days left to get rid of even more nasty nasty =D
Today's workout was great despite the complete lack of pump from being Carb depleted. Strength is no longer on the rise which is find as long as I don't regress too much. Cardio for the rest of the week will be mountain biking as a buddy of mine who I ride with is visiting me for 3 days and I'm taking 2 of those off work.....Friday I break the psmf fast with sushi and a full body deep tissue massage =DInstagram - @gourmetpaul

After 8 days of PSMF I was pooped yesterday. My buddy is visiting from Syracuse and us being avid mountain bikers naturally yesterday we did 17 miles of single track in around 2:30 with a few short breaks....burned ~1500-1800 calories and decided afterwards that its refeed time .....anyone that knows me already predicted that refeed = 32 pieces of Sushi and 3 crumbs cupcakes =D
I felt amazing this morning as a result. A nice 5 lb jump on the scale didn't even phase me....I got the sickest pump during today's workout. I looked a lit tighter and Fuller and I never thought I would say this but I feel pretty good at 210 like this. Not to say I wont reach my goal of sub 200 before this mini is over might take some nudes tomorrow to show some progress.Instagram - @gourmetpaul

You actually look REALLY solid for 210! I am actually quite jelly of your conditioning at 30+ over (right?). Billy! Thanks for the kind words my dude! I don't need any sugar coating haha.....I'm very realistic with my progress. Admittedly I carry 210 a lot better now than last year or even earlier this year but its not where I wanna be right now. I will be happy with another 10lbs of nasty gone and some proportions resembling a BBeresque physique! I will try to get there by Oct 1st but I'll go till the week before Halloween if I have to. I did notice one thing. I did gain a lot of fullness back that I lost yoyoprepping through most of 2011.
JP! Thanks man, hopefully this next month of grinding goes well and I don't disappoint myself or you guys.......its all will power for me. I'm a very all or nothing person.

Great workout, the 315 squats felt smooth as buttah, gonna roll with a high Rep approach next leg day. Had to make it a quick workout it being first day of gold card week at gnc. Yesterday I hit back, went mountain biking, got sushi, had a few beers, and last but not least had some ice cream still down a lb somehow lol. Only had ~ 2800 cals prolly.
I feel pretty good after the psmf, weights def felt lighter today. Maybe ill see some strength gains until the 3rd stint of psmf in a few weeks. Hopefully we'll see some sub 200 depleted weigh ins on that one!Instagram - @gourmetpaul

Weighed 207.0 yesterday and then I went hiking had breakfast with buns and my brother n his girlfriend. After which we went on a 3 hour hike. Following the hike we got a few pints of beer, delicious food, and ice cream for desert. That was my only other meal for the day. I didn't count macros but prolly had ~3k Cal's which doesn't really explain the weight spike Haha. Today's gyn session started rough and ended on a great note. Pump in the gym was absolutely insane. I'm puffy but looked pretty swole in my shmedium shirt ^_^
