Just looked at your updated plan for the next few months and it looks real good. I know that those 6 day workouts are brutal but you are hitting each body part twice in one week witch is awesome. And if you can keep up the intensity up you will become a monster, I cant wait to see how this plan works out for you. Stay Strong Juggernaut!!!

Doing well working 70+ hours a week workouts are intense but short, which is not a bad thing just having to split things up more than I would like.

Thumbs up My Road to the Arnold "I am Juggernaut" Continued!!

Wednesday workout was great I was able to hit every exercise the way I wanted, it took me about an hour and a half to complete the whole thing. Pre-workout was the same as always 2 scoops of Juggernaut HP and one scoop of Dagger. I have ran into money issues again so it will be awhile before I can get the Infinite Mass and Pro Whey, not happy about that.

    Shoulder Press
    6 sets of 12 reps-95lbs

    Front Raises
    6 sets of 12 reps-20lbs

    Upright Rows

    6 sets of 12 reps-65lbs

    Lateral Cable Raises
    6 sets of 12 reps-10lbs

    Barbell Curls superset w/Triceps Pushdowns
    8 sets of 12 reps-50lbs/ 70lbs

Alternating Dumbbell Curls superset w/ Dips
    8 sets of 12 reps-25lbs/ body weight

In a little bit of a funk this last week, working alot of hours and no sleep plus my stomach for some reason is not feeling good. My neck isn't feeling good either I think due to the cold weather and rain. However I did get in a small workout in last night and I mean small. Lat Pulldown 8 sets of 12 reps and 25 minutes on the treadmil at 3.5 mph, 4% incline. Nutrition is all over the place and my eating schedule is not much of a schedule at all, I eat when I can. You Juggernauts out there have a great weekend especially you Zack. Cintron I hope all is well with you too. You all are in my thought and prayers.

Mongo, you have been such a great friend during this whole journey, we have all be lucky to have you and your kind words to help boost us along. I am glad to see that you are still trying to make time to train even though time is a little tight, that shows determination and its infectious. Just keep pushing yourself and doing what you are doing. Rome wasn't built in a day it took time but eventually it was the center of the biggest empire in the world. Your progress is like that, 2013 you will be a Juggernaut empire!

Hey, at least you got in a workout. I always say, a little is better than nothing! It's tough too when you're not feeling great, especially stomach issues! I hope you feel better soon, hang in there and stay strong!
