My Road to the Arnold "I am Juggernaut" Continued!!
Holy shoulders are on fire this morning. Great DTP shoulder workout with Eric Medina. This weekend is a big one. Turning 32 this Dec 9th, I have been through alot in my life and there is one thing that I can say for sure at this time. You haven't seen nothin yet. I have the best family, friends, client's and fans. What more can a guy ask for.

I got the best gift a gift cert for BB.com, I was able to get a couple bottles of IL Final Form for my assault to the Arnold Jan 2013. Talk at you guys soon keep training hard like Juggernauts do.

Feeling like crap but I got the best arm workout in this morning. My uniform is getting tighter and tighter around my arms even more so after a good pump. No room! Itching to start using the IL final Form I got, going to buy some final Cutz next whether I get picked or not going to bust my ace off till the Arnold. the next 77 days are going to be awesome.

Well I didn't get choosen to go to the Arnold and thats okay. Infinite Labs please keep informed of any upcoming events I would love another crack at it. I did however hit shoulders really hard last night, I will continue to keep my promise to hit it hard till the Arnold anyway. I knew for a fact that Maryln had this she was my pick for awhile. Zack, John I knew you guys would be there for sure great job, you guys are BEASTS.
I'm going to be alittle selfish over the next 75 days and focus on me and the Arnold so if I don't post much in your log please forgive me. Hope you all have a great weekend.

So I have made the decision to do training full time, I have made a leap of faith and my hope is that God will take care of me and my family. Training is going well and I feel like I'm making good gains. the next 71 days will be great. Yeah!!!!!
