Just looked at your updated plan for the next few months and it looks real good. I know that those 6 day workouts are brutal but you are hitting each body part twice in one week witch is awesome. And if you can keep up the intensity up you will become a monster, I cant wait to see how this plan works out for you. Stay Strong Juggernaut!!!

Weather is not bad but getting colder, this week has been a challenge I have been putting alot of time trying to get more clients and my workouts are getting cut short due to not having enough time. However, things are going to plan. 2013 is going to be amazing a new me sure sure, a new me everyday!!!
Doing well working 70+ hours a week workouts are intense but short, which is not a bad thing just having to split things up more than I would like."Submission NOT Optional"

Wednesday workout was great I was able to hit every exercise the way I wanted, it took me about an hour and a half to complete the whole thing. Pre-workout was the same as always 2 scoops of Juggernaut HP and one scoop of Dagger. I have ran into money issues again so it will be awhile before I can get the Infinite Mass and Pro Whey, not happy about that.

In a little bit of a funk this last week, working alot of hours and no sleep plus my stomach for some reason is not feeling good. My neck isn't feeling good either I think due to the cold weather and rain. However I did get in a small workout in last night and I mean small. Lat Pulldown 8 sets of 12 reps and 25 minutes on the treadmil at 3.5 mph, 4% incline. Nutrition is all over the place and my eating schedule is not much of a schedule at all, I eat when I can. You Juggernauts out there have a great weekend especially you Zack. Cintron I hope all is well with you too. You all are in my thought and prayers.

Mongo, you have been such a great friend during this whole journey, we have all be lucky to have you and your kind words to help boost us along. I am glad to see that you are still trying to make time to train even though time is a little tight, that shows determination and its infectious. Just keep pushing yourself and doing what you are doing. Rome wasn't built in a day it took time but eventually it was the center of the biggest empire in the world. Your progress is like that, 2013 you will be a Juggernaut empire!
