Shoulders 20 sec rest between sets:

    BB Standing Military Press: 4x8-12
Standing EZ Bar Front Raises: 4x8-12
    Standing Lateral Raises: 4x8-12
    Standing DB Upright Rows: 4x8-12

Druing the workout we had to stop and gear back up to address work and was not able to finsih the workout. Shoulders are feeling good and I'm seeing results looking to finally get a nice fuller look to my shoulders it will be awesome.

I'm going to try a post more about my nutrition and macros in my next post so you guys can get a better idea of the day to days.
Nice workout. Sorry to hear you couldn't finish what else that you wanted to, so that you could gear up. That is cool that your shoulders are looking fuller. Keep up the hard work, and have a great week!

Don't "JUST DO IT", give it your all.

I wanted to get some Abs in and yes I'm loving the shoulders but I still have a long way to go to where I want/need to be. You have a great weekend as well thank you for stopping bye.

We all have a long way to go! But every journey starts with a first step, and your many steps in! I hate having to cut a workout short, leaves that incomplete feeling! Use that to fuel the next workout! Keep fighting the good fight, never yield!

I'm new to the forum my fellow Juggernaut and spent some time going through your log and although I didn't get to read everything I have to say it looks like your training cycles were well thought out and both your training and nutrition plans were very solid! I like to see all the things you're doing and I will insure that I keep up as you continue along your journey!

Hey, just stopping by your log. Interesting, you would think as a personal trainer, you'll be able to have an opportunity to workout too, right? Well, you're a Juggernaut who seeks solutions. You'll figure out how to juggle everything

I try and add a set in when I miss abs, sometimes SS the abs with another exercise lets you rest say your arms, and hit the abs at the same time.

Thumbs up Holy Mack did I just do that?

Hit it hard this morning I'm going to feel this one. Trying something different or putting a spin on an old thing took a page from Chris Gethin DTP. Tonight was chest and triceps, Juggernaut HP was doing it's part so I had to do mine.

    Chest:

Warm up: Shoulder internal/external rotation and flexion/extension with 10lbs.

BB Bench press: 4x5 WU: DB 25's/5x135/5x165/5x175/5x185 good controled reps
DB Flat Bench press: 15'sx50/20'sx40/25'sx30/30'sx20/40'sx10 then reverse order back up to 50 reps 300 reps total.

    Triceps:

Pushdowns:30x50/30x40/40x30/40x20/50x10 then reverse order back up to 50 reps 300 reps total.

My chest and triceps were so pumped I stretched out the sleeves on my uniform. I was so spent I could barely see or lift my arms up to even get my shirt back on. After my workout I ate my grilled chicken and rice, when I get home this morning I'm going to sleep like a rock. When I get in tonight it will be Back and Biceps Oh snap!

    Chest:

Warm up: Shoulder internal/external rotation and flexion/extension with 10lbs.

BB Bench press: 4x5 WU: DB 25's/5x135/5x165/5x175/5x185 good controled reps

Killer workout! How is the DTP? Was going to check it out since I just finished up the challenge

I was kind of using his method of rep ranges. I'm going to look into the program a little more and try it out in my last four weeks. I like the cardio session in the DTP program.

So I got some good sleep this morning, that workout last night was awesome. Tonight is Back and Biceps looking to add some more high reps like last night. We’re coming to the end of week 4 and this is the time not to break mentally. I was going to start getting all technical and start with the whole strength phase and ten back to hypertrophy phase. Just sounds boring to me right now so Intensity is the name of the game and that’s what’s going to happen.

Nutrition for the night will be 2085 calories, 200g carbs/ 76g fat/ 149g protein still falling short on protein so I took a look at things a realized Muscle Milk is not cutting it. So I’m almost done with this bottle and I have wanted to go all Infinite Labs supplements anyway. I will also be adding tuna back in so that will also help, the goal is to get back up to 200g of protein a day.
Pre-Workout: 2 scoops of Pink Lemonade Juggernaut HP and 1 scoop of Muscle Milk.
    Workout: Back and Biceps

BB Bent over Rows: 4x5 115/135/155/175
Wide grip Lat Pull down: 50x50/60x40/70x30/80x20/90x10 then reverse order back up to 50 reps 300 reps total.
EZ bar Biceps Curls: 25x50/30x40/40x30/50x20/60x10 then reverse order back up to 50 reps 300.
    Hammer Curls: 4x5 30/40/50/60
    Abs: Hanging leg raises: 5xFailure.

Post-Workout: Muscle Milk and Infinite Labs BCAA.

Another killer workout if I keep going like this I will hit my goal and then some

I'm glad you're staying motivated and hitting the gym whenever you can, even at work haha. Also nice to see you coming back strong after your neck injury. Keep it up!
