I finished with Vin Diesel a few months ago for the Chronicles of Riddick movie.
I recently started working with Rapper / Actor Xzibit as he prepares to drop his new album Hurt Locker.
I also been working with Grammy Award winning producer Raphael Saadiq.
As for my plans to compete in the near future...... if there will be a 212 class at the Flex Pro here in Los Angeles for 2013, that is what I will be aiming for!
Thanks for asking!!

It's hard to say exactly what year, but back in the late 90's early 2000's I killed myself to cut down to the middleweights (176lb. class). so getting ripped was the name of the game. Now competing in the Pro's and trying to gain muscle and find a fine line of being ripped has been much more of a difficult challenge! Hopefully soon I will figure out the correct formula again!!

Your making me feel old! lol! jk!
Thanks for the compliment!
At this point in my career, being able to make good money and take care of my family has been the most important or "cooler" point in my life!
Having the Pro Card has been amazing! Being able to train celebrities has been great too! Still living healthy and having kids has been the ultimate!!!

Yes Prolab was a good company back in the day! Not really sure what's going with them these days.
Biotest as well. They kind of screwed me over on a FEW things so we parted ways.
Infinite Labs has been a perfect team for me!
I no longer train Dr. Dre.... but I do however train a host of other people in the industry!

Hi Stan, good to see you on here, long time no see/talk, your absolutely right about Infinitelabs, the quality of the products are outstanding, we need to get Lee in here and talk about the great times we had at the Fibo, i think that a lot of guys don't realize how funny Lee is, me you and Lee need to make some hard core training videos( with out laughing), let see if we can make that happen.
talk to you soon, train safe

Rommy,
As much as I would love to compete in this years Olympia, and having qualified by winning the Sacramento Pro........ I decided to hold out the rest of the year and continue to focus on my kids and my training business muscleincorp.com
Lee Priest is a legend in bodybuilding. regardless of what people may say about his mouth or personality or whatever negative things that are said, he is one incredible bodybuilder. Yes without a doubt I believe Lee could beat Kevin Enlish heads up.

@NoGutsNoGlory Well the natural subject is awkward for any athlete (then you have sponsorship on top of that). We know the truth why ask?
Though if they come out saying it like their special yeah that sucks.
Hey Stan, conditioning seems to be your issue and as you said your trying to figure it out. In the 202/210 conditioning seems to be key to win more so than the open. I wonder if competing once a year is going to give you enough chances to attempt to figure out the best way to get conditioned? Are you working with any "guru(s)"?
Any thoughts about competing in the Open and being a giant killer?

Good post and Im glad I finally get to address the question which has been asked numerout times. I competed naturally for many, many years. At my height, competing at 176 wasnt really too hard because for one I never had an off season and two, I never used gear!
Now as Edward303 said..... I don't think we really need to address the question as of late. Im an IFBB Pro now and if you really have to ask if I have used gear before, than maybe one should be on the "Natural bodybuilding" forum (not saying you). So many people get upset or angry or have a "bone to pick with me", but please somebody show me ANYWHERE since my Musclemania days that I have said or I claim to be natural? So I hope this post addresses the question that has been asked numerous times now. I can't speak for any of these other guys who CLAIM to be 100% natural as an IFBB Pro, but im speaking for myself and im keeping it real! If you are on this IFBB board and specifically this thread of mine, you will get it straight!
Thanks for the post and great question!

Edward303,
Can't really say yes or no that competing once a year would hurt me, but since my first Pro show in 2009 I have competed in 2 if not 3 shows a year every year with the exception of this year. I have worked with Charles Glass and David Kalick for all of my Pro contest preps. Being a trainer and coach and prepping myself for over 10 years, of course I know what I am doing. But something about having that extra push and that extra set of eyes has helped me have a very successful IFBB pro career having 3 Pro wins and 3 Olympia appearances. However I have yet to achieve the conditioning that I was once known for due to that fact that I start my prep usally between 200 - 210 lbs, lean and ripped around 5%. So I never am entering my diet phase with a ton of weight to play with, rather I am probably one of the very few bodybuilders on the Pro stage who is eating to grow all the way into the show. This has been very difficult for me, but as I mentioned in an earlier post....... I hope to get it right soon!!! Oh....... And I have absolutely no interest in competing in the open class. I compete for the fun of it and compete against myself eveytime so no matter who else is up there with me matters none. My main goal is to get my conditioning up to par!
