    Program to gain strength

Hi so recently ive started watching Maxx Chewning and Nick Wright on youtube.

And im really impressed with their strength.

So i would like to start a strenth program from first of january because thats when my mass program ends.

Do you guys know any good routines i can read about? I would like a 12 week trainer which makes me gain strength in both Squat, Deadlift and bench. So like a powerlifters program.
My main focus will be on strength, but i would also like to put on some mass as well.

    Thanks guys!

To gain pure strength...don't get much better than Starting Strength for a noob. Run that for 4-6 months while eating to gain weight and you'll be putting up some decent numbers for what little training you're going to have,

Candito's 6 week strength program is top notch in my opinion.

Your strength is the foundation of nearly all physique and performance goals. The squat, deadlift, bench press, and shoulder press are the best strength-building exercises because these four are your main focus to gain strength. The chinup and row are great moves too, they can be assistance lifts to complement the bench and shoulder press but dont get them the focus of your workout .
