Last day before prep!! New PRs.. Squat 405x5, 425x2, always deep AF of course . Bench 300 for my first time it went up pretty easy too 225x14. Military 135x 15, 205 for one. Sitting at my goal weight of 215, tomorrow is time to shred some new fatty shots.
All taken at 215 pounds.. Only 40ish pounds to loose!!!If you aint growin your shrinkin!!

I haven't been on for a while, I just haven't posted but prep is going great! So far I've lost almost 15lbs. I'm at like 201 and want to loose about another 25. As of yesterday I'm 17 weeks out! Strength has been fine, I PRed on deadlifts last night at 465. I just got straps and I can lock out and squeeze the fuark outa my back because I can hold onto it now some pics at 17 weeks out..
This was more like 19 weeks out
My macros right now are at 245g protein, 150g carb, 80g fat. I was taking in more at the beginning but I tweaked it a couple weeks ago. I'm loosing about 2lbs a week and I'm gonna keep that going so ill lower things as needed. I do 20 grams of simple carbs pre workout, and 60 simple carbs post workout. It's a lot more fun in the gym when your leanin out and not a fatty, so I'm loving it!If you aint growin your shrinkin!!

Checkin In at 18 weeks out. I'm officially 2 months into prep and it's time to initiate phase 2!!!! But I'm still loosing weight with my current macros sooo I'm not changing anything yet haha. Gettin a lot leaner and tighter. Here's some recent shots, I'm sitting at around 199-200

Checking in. I weighed in at 196 this morning. I wanted to be 198 by this Monday so this calls for a cheat meal Im doing no carbs throughtout the day and I still feel great! Prolly because I take in most of my complex carbs before bed so it fuels me all day! Recent shots..

I plateaued around 193lbs so I dropped my caleries to 2000 from 2300. So that is going to leave me at 220p/100c/80f. Carbs are 10 grams simple carbs pre workout, and 40 grams simple carbs post workout. My other carbs come from oats I have before bed (about 1-2 hours post workout). I was doing pasta before so I'm switching to oats. After 3 days of this diet I dropped a pound. So I'm sitting at about 191-192. I PRed in deadlifts at 475 I was stoked. It barely got up but it did almost 14 weeks out!!!

Today I noticed my first big drop in strength I was squatting and I did not get the weight up that I was anticipating. Wanted to hit a clean deep 405, I hit 365 and it was heavy as fuark haha. So that caused me to do a fatty heavy drop set to release my anger. I felt better after I did that I have had some failed off days so maybe I'm over training a bit. Ill try and take tomorrow off( we'll see how that goes). I'm at around 188 right now basically at 12 weeks out!! I have been working harder then ever and I'm givin this all I got! My workouts are awesome. Super intense but I am laying off the volume so I don't break my muscles down too much to where they won't recover. I try and end it at 45 mins to an hour, then cardio of course. I'm going to take a natural test booster( basically trib, zma, and daa) starting tomorrow( 12 weeks out officially), so hopefully that will help keep my strength and recover better on these low cals.

10 weeks out as of today, weighing in at around 183-185. I'm upping my cardio a little bit and adding hiit. My calories are staying the same. I might take out 25g of complex carbs I take in at night time however. I'm super motivated and killin the fuark out of my workouts!

8 weeks out! Weight is around 180, give or take a pound. Now it's time to really cranked down and get serious! I dropped my fat 20 grams, and upped the cardio a bit. I'm starting to feel the low energy levels throughout the day but that's how I know that things are starting to come together. Its awesome to push my limits with each workout!

I'm about 6.5 weeks out right now weighing in at around 179. I took out my intra workout 15g dextrose. So right now my calories look like this: 220 protein 65 carb 60 fat. However I take over 10 grams In omegas, and a lot of green veggies like brocollie, cucumbers, spinach, cabbage, green supplements, that aren't included. I have been hitting a lot of two a days where I would add 30 grams of protein and 35 grams of carbs to the macros.

looking damn good for a teen man, If I were you I would hit up a show in the inbf, ocb or something along the way try to take a pro card incredible amount of hard muscle for a teen keep at it man things look great in here

6 WEEKS OUT... I am so stoked to be a month and a half away from my competition. I feel like everything is going great so far! I have been feeling very drained and depleted the last couple of weeks so today I am refeeding! I hit a 2 a day yesterday with 2 cardio seshes one after each workout to make the most out of this refeed. I am at like 178 right now. Im going to hit chest later and then have a nice big meal. FUARK IM STOKED!! And this morning I already replaced my oats for a bagel hehe.
Then starting tomorrow I will be dropping my calories a little bit. I am going to take out 20 grams of fats. I am going to add extra fish oils and cla through out the day though so basically im dropping my fats around 10-15 grams.If you aint growin your shrinkin!!
