Checking in at 5 weeks out! My weight is about 176, so I might have another refeed or 2 before the comp hehe. The last refeed I did couldn't have gone better. I felt that it literally spiked my metabolism and allowed me to break through a platuae. I'm grindin hard! I can't wait for the comp it's gonna be a great experience!!

220 protein, 70 carbs, 40 fats, these are my food calories haha. I have about 15-20 grams of fats from my omega softgels, (cla's and fish oils) that i do not count towards my macros. I also eat a crap ton of green veggies ( brocolli, spinach, green beans, cabbage, etc) that I do not count toward my macros. I drink a good amount of bcaas and glutamine throughout the day aswell.

heres the update.... first off i cant believe im under 2 weeks out. I dropped my calories a bit down 10 grams protein and 5 grams of fat. For the next 4 days straight i will be able to hit 2 a day lift seshes. I did lower the intensity a bit as of 2 weeks out just because of the low cals and all the training and cardio. Im just focusing on mad muscle pumps and pure strict isolation. And not much super sets or drops sets which i love. Here some shots I took when I woke up this morning. These were taken with my laptop webcam which i don't have a timer for. Theres a 3 second count and then it takes so i have to rush back and flex real quick so its not perfect posing
This is about an hour ago after tanning in the sun for a bit and getting calories in meIf you aint growin your shrinkin!!

ONE WEEK OUT! my weight is about 169. Its crazy for me to be in the 160s because my senior wrestling season I would cut weight to make 173! And I thought I was lean then. But anyway I feel great. I had a carb up yesterday ( very mild), and today starts depletion!!!!! Oh the anxiety! but I cant wait! I am going to miss my oats but its only for a few days ( Saturday- Wednesday). Lets do this!!!!
