Checkin in its been a while. Training has been awesome I'm loving it! Strength is improving and gaining weight, I'm at about 197 right now. Update shot. , I need to put on another 10-15 pound before I cut. GOTTA GROW!!

Workouts have been sick!!! Intensity is great and I'm beastin through it. I was gonna for a max on deadlifts yesterday but the gym was really crowded and could only get a bar with crappy grip, so maxing wasn't an option. I don't use straps so I need that rough grip to go heavy. I got 405 twice just before I couldn't hold onto it anymore. then did a fat drop set which burnt that crap outa my lower back that was great! Ass to grass squating I'm almost at 405. Repping 405 with crap form. Just started doing incline press instead of flat to try and break a plateau. Got 245 up but it's only been like 4 workouts of inclines and I keep progressing each time. Military press got an easy 185 up, then went for 195 and failed.( military has always been a struggle for me). Vbar rows Im getting 5 plates for a couple reps, not the best form. If I had a spotter I feel I could go heavier on things, but I'm to in my zone to have a workout partner, and don't bother to ask people. I'm loving the gym and cant wait for summer to compete and get absolutely shredded! It's gonna be awesome... I hope haha. I swear If Somthing happens where I am unable to
Compete at the comp I will be one sad man. I have a ton of food porn I need to post up but for now just some progress shots. I've been trying to eat as much as possible and not even worried about eating dirty( even though I hardly do)I don't feel good about myself if I eat to
Much junk. But i figure the more caleries I eat now the better chance I have at doing any damage at teen nationals. Not to lean, but not to fat yet either haha....

Weighed in at 200 on the dot! I was wearing shoes, sweat pants, and a shirt, but I also had an empty stomach. Stoked! Here's my arm at 200lbs...

Checking in, training has been great!
Shocking everything with this week of my workout split and doing tons of reps. Usually stay in the low reps under 12. So I'm hitting like 15-25. Definitely feeling the burn. Did reps till failure on deads tonight and my lower back was screwed haha.
Im Taking advantage of working at wholesale nutrition center and taking more supps then I usually would. Stack Right now: intek evolution time release protein, intek or allmax bcaas,intek or ppn gunpowder pre workout, intek glutamine, ppn creapure Creatine, intek n.o.,cheap cvs multi, and a fish oil. Mine as well take all the basics to get any edge I can.
Normal Training consists of one sometimes two heavy compounds (squat, milatary,shrugs ,different variations bench, deadlifts, tbar row), followed by intense as sheet isolation movements. Supersets, drop sets, rest pause sets, negatives, etc. This is where I focus on feelin the burn, where in my compounds I'm just tryin to move some heavy weights(with good form). Sometimes ill throw on more weight then I can handle and just do completely half azz reps to get used to handling heavier weight.
Weighin in at around 205 with clothes and shoes on and at night.
Too sum this up progress is going good

As much as weight doesn't matter to bodybuilders, we still wanna be able to lift heavy ass weights hah.
Anyway I'm gettin stronger and I'm killin my workouts. Hit 365x4 and 405x1 parralel squat. 415 x2 on deads no straps, barly held on to it. 255 incline press, not that great but ill take it. Close grip flat bench 225 x 5, with some arching of the back on last rep or two.
And that's about it for this update.

I wasn't able to keep the 205, it was prolly just eating a lot for a few days. I'm more like 203 right now, need to grow!! And I can't wait to cut, I wanna get sooo friggen diced!!

Update: weight around 208-210. Stoked on that, this is my last month to grow. My cut officially starts in less then 4 weeks!! I got a new PR on squats, 365x 8.

Gettin heavy. Feeling strong and getting new PRs. The down side to that, I'm a fatty haha. Here's a recent pic of the scale in he morning, with clothes and shoes though. After eating a lot on Christmas anf stuff. 
Here's a fatty front double at the Weight. , I don't like posting those pics, but it'll be better in the long run. Big transformation in the future. New PRs 405 deep squats x4. Military press 200x1. Deadlifts 450x1. 3 weeks till my cut I can't wait!
