NOW I look like this at 183lbs: I've already got a surgery lined up for my loose skin on my belly

Fantastic work brotha. Great results on your arms and chest. All the best with your surgery, but I have to ask is there no way it will tighten up over time?

really want to know what your macros are!
also, for that last 20lbs, what did you use for your workout routine???
I'm in a very similar situation, now considering sugury. I hit a low of 142 when I was anorexic (from 470) now bulked back to 200, but not intentionally that high. I lift hard 3x a week, and eat about 2000 a day, and am trying to CUT but not cutting...
i'm pretty sure i screwed up my metabolism, as gaining 60lbs in 6months eating NOTHING more then 2000 per day...yeah... LOL
(i was under 500 cal for over a year, and in 6 months i DID get huge strength gains... but now i have a huge lower skin/fat issue on my belly)

Mate, if your eating healthy, working out 3X a week and eating 200-300calories below your maintenance you should be loosing weight for sure.

i use those sites. They don't take into account for someone who has eaten SUB 800cal for over a year. I seriously think i have a messed up metabolism.
