    Nah, not that I've come across. I'm ready to be complete and worry about getting alot bigger now. I'm 90% sure I'll have abs after the surgery but who knows at this point.

    Took about a year for the first 100lbs and another year for the other 20lbs.

    also, for that last 20lbs, what did you use for your workout routine???

    I'm in a very similar situation, now considering sugury. I hit a low of 142 when I was anorexic (from 470) now bulked back to 200, but not intentionally that high. I lift hard 3x a week, and eat about 2000 a day, and am trying to CUT but not cutting...

    i'm pretty sure i screwed up my metabolism, as gaining 60lbs in 6months eating NOTHING more then 2000 per day...yeah... LOL

    (i was under 500 cal for over a year, and in 6 months i DID get huge strength gains... but now i have a huge lower skin/fat issue on my belly)

    please update with how you dropped that last 20!

    Mate, if your eating healthy, working out 3X a week and eating 200-300calories below your maintenance you should be loosing weight for sure.

    i use those sites. They don't take into account for someone who has eaten SUB 800cal for over a year. I seriously think i have a messed up metabolism.

    I'm in a very similar situation, now considering sugury. I hit a low of 142 when I was anorexic (from 470) now bulked back to 200, but not intentionally that high. I lift hard 3x a week, and eat about 2000 a day, and am trying to CUT but not cutting...

    i'm pretty sure i screwed up my metabolism, as gaining 60lbs in 6months eating NOTHING more then 2000 per day...yeah... LOL

    (i was under 500 cal for over a year, and in 6 months i DID get huge strength gains... but now i have a huge lower skin/fat issue on my belly)

    please update with how you dropped that last 20!

    Sounds you need to take a step back to take a few steps forward.

    1st, ask yourself if you're really following your diet. Then if/once you are slowly ramp up your calories until you are eating more but maintaining 200lbs then add some cardio and taper back down slowly. Key word here is slowly.
