really good job man. I started off at 273 and im down to 252 in 2 months i cant wait to get down to 180 or so. i know im giong to be needing the surgery when i get down. how much did it cost?

Build muscle, get bigger fill that skin with muscle tighten up that skin. try things before resorting to surgery. I never needed surgery man.

Been thinking about it for a while and now I would have the time and money to do it if I take a few weeks off work this summer. Your loose skin was worse than mine but I lost 90 lbs back in 2008 and I'd love to get rid of that extra skin.☆ ☆ QUEBEC CREW ☆ ☆

Basically since then I've softened up due to inactivity and the holidays lol but my strength is near 50% what it was pre op.
Within the 1st week of Feb I'll have new pics updates and you'll notice even more swelling around my midsection.
