    Smile 6 month progress! Need feedback

    I decided to join the gym earlier this year. I didn't have a clue what to do until I started researching and thats how i came across this site. I've seen some crazy transformations on here, I thought I'd share what I've achieved so far and get some feedback/criticism!

    I took these pics about a week in, I think i was weighing 73kg-75kg, around that. I'm 83kg now.
    The images labeled 'gym progress' were taken on 28.05.13. The images labeled 'now 14.12.13' were taken today.
