Crazy transformation. Some more motivation for me to do the same! Thank you for sharing your experience. I would like to ask though, is there anything you would have done differently knowing what you do now, versus what you thought back when you were first starting?

Yes, I wouldn't have decreased calories so much so soon and I would have ran an actual strength program rather than doing whatever typical bro split looked fun!

How much did that surgery cost? I'm down from 265 to 185. Mine isn't as bad as yours was but I don't see it getting better.

nvm saw you said around 5g for chest and stomach. I'm thinking I would need a little bit for stomach.

Surgery cost me around 8,000.

skin issue is honestly not bad at all it will get better with time and as you get into single digit

Its really just the lower abs which is amazing considering your lost over a 100lbs

Legs look really good also, back and arms also.

I'd say bodyfat is about 13%

drop into single digit and stay lower for awhile and you will be amazed at how your skin bounces back to normal

Thanks man I appreciate the feedback, if you read through a little bit you'll see I had the surgery. I felt that my skin would have not have fixed had I not gone through with it. and if it would have it wouldn't have been quick enough lol as inpatient as I am!

1 year post surgery. Strength isn't quite back yet, still numb around belly button a little bit, but boy my composition is extremely different.

Currently, I'm at about your starting weight, though I have quite a bit more muscle mass. I've just started a cutting phase and am looking to get down to about 215. I'll likely need to get the same surgery you received, though, I'm wondering about the scarring.. From the latest picture you've posted, it looks like it has gone away nicely. How long did it take to fade within the first year?

Also, nice transformation brotha! Very motivating.
