Can anybody tell me how many fish oil tablets I should take per day? I have the Optimum Fish Oil soft gels and one tablet has 1000 mg of fish oil 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids. The directions are kind of unclear on how much to take.

EPA/DHA should generally total 2-3g.
