    too much? too little?

    How do I know if im lifting too light? or too heavy?

    If you can hit 8-12 reps with proper form yet maximal effort then you're not lifting too light or too heavy.

    cool thanks. I think i need to work on my form. after reading articles and watching videos, i think my form might be slightly off. im new to weight lifting, before this i was doing body weight resistance. ive been watching mass videos and reading instructional articles and all, but its so much different actually getting down and doing it. thanks for the tip though MUCH appreciated!
