Pretty bad, most people add 20 lbs on their bicep curls per week for the first few months

Beginners should expect to increase their biceps curls atleast 240 LBS the first 3 months

If you are just starting out then that might happen from neurological adaptations. But if you have been lifting consistently for any amount of time, you aren't going to be adding 10lbs to a bicep curl in a week while keeping good form.

You should aim for around 50 pounds per day per arm.

Sounds good to me! If you are just starting out, you can expect some pretty drastic improvements in the first little while

Its a bicep curl....weight doesn't mean ****..I get a very effective bicep workout going only to 35 pound dumbbells...super controlled form..there is absolutely no need to aim for strength gains on your biceps..sure, I can pick up 65s and swing them up and have them drop down..but its not worth it at all

Yes it is good but chances are you weren't giving it 100% the previous week. Don't expect gains like that otherwise you would be curling 300lb dumbells with ease in year, it's just not possible.

^this, im up to 300 ibs per arm right now, gained around 15-20 pounds per week. Your doing somthing wrong if you aren't gaining at least 15 pounds per week.
