I couldn't be more proud of my Team Freak Diesel client who won 1st place at his 1st Npc show. He is only 19 yrs old and has the drive, determination & passion it takes to go far..

Waking up @ 3 am ready to conquer the day, sitting in the gym parking lot waiting for it to open, hitting a pose in every mirror, Need a belt to keep my yoga pants up, stepper can't recognize me stomping on it to get it started, drilling holes in weight belt to make it tighter.. Yup almost show time.. PBW Tampa Pro 2 weeks!

This has been the most difficult prep I've had.. Things happen we can't control, that's life. But I'm pushing thru & ready to rock Tampa! Nothing worth it ever came easy' keep going!!

I had such an awesome time at the Tampa Pro. It was great meeting fans & catching up with my IFBB Pro sista's. I am happy with the package I brought & to have made 1st callout top 8 out of 31 amazing women!! Most importantly I brought a better physique than last year & from feedback-my best yet.. thank you all for your support

thanks so much guys..
I haven't taken time off from the gym since November so I forced myself to take this week off.. It's been a long slow week. I can't wait to get back at it! I have weights to crush, goals to conquer.
I will be working the Olympia then my next show planned is Houston Pro Oct 12th!!! I plan to do 3 more shows.. oct and nov..

taking a lil break to heal injuries and make improvements..
