9 days out!! the line up is stacked. 18 girls in Figure for PBW tampa Pro. It looks like Ill peak the following wknd for Europa. I decided on tampa last min for a break my nerves show.. Im stoked to be on that stage w women like Ann Titone, Gennifer Strobo and other vets!!

A comment was made by judges that they dont want many striations in figure girls legs, so I have been trying to "thicken" them up. cut out leg extensions and been bombing heavy squats and leg presses.. here was Team U.. I love training legs but have a hard time getting them bigger.. Work in progress.

LOL. It wouldnt matter to me if he was a pro anything. PErsonality is a big thing to me.But I have to date someone with th same lifestyle, working out, eating good. Not going out clubbing/drinking etc.. That's not my style.

Dayum!!! That is what I call prep! If I lived in my own place (currently back living with parents for the time being) I would have the exact same set up and food!!

What spices etc do you use? I go with Cajun a lot and sometimes have everything just plain.

I only use garlic and parsely and cinnamon!! i like my food plain. never used seasonings in the past. (and i hate spicy)

Laurie in addition to the support given by the IFBB section posters, I would like to contribute. This is a world first here, I have calculated your width factor, there was a thread about this a while ago whereby the true width of an athelete could be calculated. The pixel count for your height has been divided by the pixel count for your width (side delt insertions.) see image below.



Your are the first woman in the world as far as I am aware to have a width factor. You are a 3.632 (231 wide by 839 tall). The lower the number the wider the athelete, if you were not wearing heals you would have a stronger width factor.

Current Mr Olympia Phil Heath came out as follows.

Phil Heath = 2.7718 (355 wide x 984 tall)

Good luck in your next show, maybe knowing your width factor will help.

the first pic is mainly fish and a few chicken so that is about 6 days worth because I eat that 2 times a day). my other meals(8 total right now) are all sirloin and rice or rice and chicken and oatmeal and egg whites for bfast!
