DELTS/TRICEPS
Lat Raise Machine Probably did 7 sets total... starting with 50 reps, 25 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps, and then a double drop set
Rear Delt Cable Flyes 3 sets
Face Pulls 2 sets
DB Front Raises 25 x 15, 40 x 12, 50 x 10
-50's kicked my ass, but I got 10 good clean reps. boom
FST7: Db lateral Raises 20 x 12 x 7 sets
Reverse Grip Pushdowns 5 sets
V-Bar Pushdowns 3 sets
Single Arm Pushdowns 2 sets
Notes
Legit lift. Fast and efficient like always. Enjoying the extra carbs, my body is mega pumped. Lookin kinda big sometimes
Date Time
Haha, so the date today went pretty well. Just went to get something to eat, then went to her house and watched a couple movies on her couch.
It was really weird talking to another girl in a more than friends manner to be honest. But I had a good time and we meshed pretty well I thought. We have a lot of things in common.
She kept telling me how nervous she was the whole time, she was definitely into me haha. She wants to hangout again really soon. And I think I will have to say yes. I am not about to ask her to be my girlfriend or anything anytime soon, but shes a cool chick and I definitely want to see her again. Hopefully next weekend. Operation: Destroy LEGS
BB Squats Bar x 20, 135 x 20, 185 x 15, 225 x 20, 275 x 12, 315 x 10!
-315 for 10 is PR I think.. either that or ties. Either way, happy
Leg Ext. 3 sets... 10 reps normal, 5 reps slow positive, 5 reps normal. SO 20 reps total per set
Leg Press 2 sets legs close and low, 2 sets leg wide, 2 sets close and high. 12-15 reps per set... think we did 450 or something
Glute Ham Raises 3 sets of BW x failure
Seated Leg Curls 3 sets of 12-15, last set 10 reps normal, 5 negatives, 5 reps normal
Single Leg Standing Curls 2 sets of failure
Donkey Calf Raises 1 plate x 20, 1 plate x 20, 2 plates x 20, 2 plates x 20
Seated Calf Raises 3 sets with 2 plates x 20
ABs
Did quite a few things, don't really feel like typing it.

As you can see, legs got ****ed today. The pump was insane. haha. I almost fell over numerous times just walking. A lot of people say they hit legs hard... IMO this is hitting legs hard. CHEST/DELTS
Incline BB Bar x 20, 135 x 20, 185 x 12, 205 x 8, 185 x 10 (I think)
Chest Machine 5 normal reps, 5 reps with partner pushing against.. 5 normal reps. 3 sets total
Cable Flyes 3 sets
DIps BW x failure x 4 sets
FST7: Incline DB FLyes 30's x 7 sets of 10-12
DB Lateral Raises 25 x 20, 35 x 10, 35 x 10, 40 x 8 / 20 x failure
Rear Delt Pec Deck 5 sets of 12

Another sick lift. Got the chest part of the lift recorded with GovJamie. WIll upload it at some point. THen threw in some delts for good measure.,..
Gonn take a little extra time off from chest. My left pec is super tight... and definitely more sore than my right. May have strained it a lil bit. Just need to let it heal. I could tell during my incline press that my left side wasn't as strong pressing wise.

thanks man, and yep, I would rather lift slightly lighter and have a good lift than lift heavy and have a bad lift

Off day today. Going to hit some back tomorrow and some traps!
Also, its my first day of 3rd grade! Moving on up from the kindergarten kids. I will miss them. But hopefully third grade is more my style. I am very excited!
