As long as you enjoy eating it and it helps you reach your daily macro/micronutrient needs.
The names of the food you eat outside of a daily diet is largely irrelevant
Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

    ^^ this
since you"re bilking , just stay on a constant caloric surplus
    - Caloric balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency are what matter. The names of the foods you consume do not matter.

To get the full benefit of eat eggs, I would recommend cooking them rather then raw. Only 51% of raw egg white protein is absorbed during digestion compared to 91% for cooked egg white protein.

That sounds pretty disgusting. Why would you eat that?
No need to over-think this lifting weights business.

I'm pretty sure that its going to taste way better if you eat the eggs cooked, oats boiled in skim milk with banana or other variations that you enjoy, unless you don't have much time in the morning.

Somebody above already said that when drinking raw eggs you aren't getting all the protein out of them, so if you don't have any time in the morning then oyu could boil the eggs the night before and just blend oats with banana and skim milk.
