Doing some research on this I cant find any difinitive information just opinions..
Does powdered skim milk have increased oxidized cholesterol levels? If so how harmful are they likely to be, is it just powdered skim milk or powdered full cream milk as well?
Using powdered milk would be a lot more convenient for me during the day at work while I dont have access to long life or fresh..

I dont have bad cholesterol but its in my family and last time i got my blood work checked it was at the high end of the normal range so want to be safe
