Hi, I am interested in doing IF, however my current routine is to lift full body 3 times a week, as well as running 10km 3 times a week. How do I compensate for this? My "rest days" which are when I run usually require more calories than the days that I lift. Does this make me incompatible with this diet?

IF isn't necessarily a diet -- it's more of a meal timing strategy.
