Fish oil. The American diet tends to be high in Omega 6. As for eating fish, not everyone has access to cheap, fresh fish. And many fish types have an unfavorable ratio of DHA to EPA (Salmon, for instance). Nor does everyone LIKE fish.

fish oil. I started using it a few months ago and do really like it. No bad taste (ON one is what I use) and is easy to swallow.

Just use fish oil, you want to increase the ratio of Omega 3 over Omega 6.
