I need suggestions to 5000 calorie meal plans. I am trying to put on weight. I am on a lifting program. I have a high metabolism. I need to do this because my football season starts in about a month and a half.

OP, do not eat everything in site, 5000 calories is fkn ridiculous. You weigh 123, I bet you gain on 2.5kcals. If not, just up to 2600 and go from there. OP posts how do I gain weight: teen bodybuilding repost eating everything in sight. facepalm.jpg. OP, you won't be gaining more than half lb of muscle a week, anything more will be fat. (inb4 you can gain 1lb muscle a week). there is no need to eat anything more than 300 cals above your maintenance. When you cut you will a lot of mass. Keeping fat low means you don't have to go on some full out cut and lose everything.MAX: 230kgx5 squat

just enter how many calories you want to eat over how many meals and it will make a diet for you

That talked about getting a blender and blending, do that with Serious Mass I mentioned this in another thread. You can get 1250 calories + 50 grams of protein just from that + at least 800 calories from milk, peanut butter, bananas, etc. After those 2000 calories it shouldn't be hard to eat another 3000. Eat a couple eggs in the morning with bread, eat chicken, beef throughout the day. You'll easily get in 3000 calories and the protein shake will get you to 5000.
