Exclamation Best supp for really packing on muscle?

I know that a supplement can only work if you train hard too, but still, in your opinion, what is the best path to take in order to help you get ripped? Whey? Casein? Glutamine?

    Answer, and explain.

Definitely, not Glutamine. Creatine/Citrulline Malate/Beta Alanine would all be good options.

Of course, your diet is going to dictate mass gain WAYYYYY more than any legal supplement.

Yeah, i realize that. But i havent felt like eating a **** load lately. Long story.

Im going to be increasing my calorie intake as much as i can, but like i said, its difficult to eat much of anything without getting nauseous. In the process of trying to resolve it with my doctor, but he's being an asshat and referring me to a new specialist every week, aka, i dont see a fix to the problem coming any time soon.

Im thinking i'm definitely gonna try Creatine, never tried it before. That will replace whey, correct?

Creatine is 1st on the list for me, when it comes to building lean muscle. BCAAs are up there also. Protein shakes are a necessity but I consider that as food, cause when I drink a shake it is one of my 6 meals. In a way PWO are a muscle building supplement, cause with out the energy to have the greatest workout every single time you go to the gym, well then you are just going through the motions. With out energy and strength you aren't building much muscle. So all supplements combined play a key role in building muscle, but creatine and BCAAs are at the top of the list

Food and creatine. Your diet, workout routine, and amount of sleep you get are the only three things you should focus on.

You can take all the supplements you want, but if you aren't eating enough you aren't going to grow.
