Hey guys,
I just ate some pasta and am having trouble determining the macros. I ate 1 1/2 cups cooked, but the nutrition is based on uncooked mass. Since my parents cook large amounts for the entire family, I don't know how much raw pasta I eat. Is there any way to get the macros of what I ate? It's cellentani pasta (just in case someone happens to know how much it expands) cooked al dente. I'm on a cut atm, so that's why I'm so concerned about the macros.

uh best advice i can give is......who cares...let this one go? haha
but now to answer your question...maybe go look at the box see how much of it they used and then see what portion of the prepared total pasta you ate.

I'd say around 300 cals is a good guess.
