Hey guys I'm trying to get bigger for basketball this season so I came up with this workout plan. Let me know what you think. I think that this
Monday (heavy weight):
-Bench Press 5x5
-Barbell Shoulder Press 3x12
-Two Arm Long Bar Row (Back) 3x12
-Shoulder Shrugs
-Squats 3x8
-Calf Raises 3x20
Wednesday(medium weight):
-Bench Press 3x12
-Barbell Shoulder Pres 3x15
-Lateral Dumbbell Shoulder Raises 3x15
-Barbell Upright Row 3x12
-Barbell Bicep Curls 2x12
-Hammer Curls 2x12
-Bench Dips 4x20
-Calf Raises 3x25
Friday (Light Weight):
-Bench Press 3x20
-Shoulder Press 3x20
-Shoulder Shrugs 3x0
-Squat 3x12
-Deadlift 3x10
-Barbell Bicep Curls 3x20
-Hammer Curls 2x15
-Bench Dips 4x25
My goal was to build a workout routine that could help me gain size as well as strength by using a lot of compound exercises. Please help me out with any suggestions and/or tell me if you like it. Thanks!
