Gold feast mix?..
I just bought myself some supplements to use after my agmatine log is over and Gold Feast was one of them. I took a small taste and its good!.....but the flavor is very strong. What do you all find is the best ratio to mix the powder in, and what do you use to mix it?...water? Milk? Almond milk?

Ugh i know...i saw that. I want to try the new flavors SO bad but I am so new to logging...i dont think i will be able to keep it organized and consistent enough, especially with the physical fitness that my job entails.Originally Posted by powercage

just regular. but almonds are one of my favourite foods. so if you don't like them then i guess the vanilla would be better. but the gold feast will remove most of the almond taste.Originally Posted by ja3r3dr

I found that 9oz of fluid per scoop taste best for me and when you mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk it gets crazy lemon meringue pie deliciousness
