resubbed. Woo! Yeah it was awesome the only thing that sucked was the following morning I went to check it out, clean it up a bit and prep it for a new fire for that day/night, and the plows came like an hour later and dumped another 10ft of snow on it .
Thanks AntDon't stop hustlin'

Today was a great day. +4 on bench, prob coulda squeezed 2 more with a spot. Everything went up in weight and or reps. I also seemed to find the perfect spot to drop the Dumb bells with my db flies, which was something I just started doing recently when I started 5/3/1 so it's been a work in progress. I found the spot where I can get maximum squeeze on the top of the rep, and a strong reset as well. Finished out with cardio today cuz I was feeling fresh. Time for steak and veggies. Thanks kraut brah. And yeah I do, not only in the 5/3/1 e book but a friend off me who owns a gym and competes (very successfully) both said walking at a normal pace 2-3 x a week for 30-45 minutes is arguably the best cardio because it doesn't affect muscle recovery and helps with just cutting up a bit. I honestly would rather walk for 45 mins then jog/walk/jog/walk for 20..

Yeah, honestly you know me, right now I'm just trying to burn down some calories to help with my deficits. You're right I shouldn't call it cardio I guess? I mean I'm still elevating my heart rate etc. either way it suits me well, my wind stitch is horrible unless I'm saying football or basketball and then I'm just so competitive thanks to playing all highschool that I don't notice it. But I'm up about 60 pounds in 2.5 years so sometimes my body is like.."yo you're not 135 anymore" haha.
@ the +4..thanks . Think I'm too low of weight if I'm getting more than 3?Don't stop hustlin'

Oh, I walk daily. 40+mins with my dog, but it's outside. I can't take being on a treadmill. I don't know what it is, but it bores me to death and I feel like I'm a hamster or some sh!t. Do you read while you do it or something? Why not walk outside would be my question I guess?

If your heart rate is good it's good just busting chops. No +4 sounds good even if tou were +7 it will catch you eventually just play the program out

It's 8 degrees outside right now..that's why ): trust me it bored me too. But I post on here. Everything I said up until now was while I was at the gym on the treadmill still. If I had a pup (or could have one at my apt now) I would def do that 110%. Used to walk my old dogs a lot. Once summer comes ill prob hike/walk outside daily.
Yeah I feel you. I think in another cycle or two ill be at starting maxes for working sets. Next cycle I think? So it'll be cool to seeDon't stop hustlin'

I'm from CA but lived in Oregon since 2006. Lived up here through highschool from 1999-2003.
Push a prowler when the weather permits then. Either way it's the best tool to get both strength and conditioning in. I'm going to be buying one soon I hope for when the weather turns around. Get a couple of sand bangs or something from like Home Depot and go to work on my conditioning. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441
