Everything looked pretty solid to me man. I prefer rdl as well but ce la vie. Weight is still relatively low but it will come up soon. Looking strong dude

squats looked good, SLDLs were pretty solid too but to make them more efficient/effective try not locking out at the top. This will keep tension on your hams and glutes versus putting unnecessary stress on your low back/spine.

Thanks boom. I'm glad to see my squat form looks good after just a few weeks ago when it needed some tweaking. Yeah the weight is still pretty low, so much nicer squatting like that and being deep and free then when I was still back at the old gym squatting on a smith!

Start of cycle 2; week3 Today. Can't wait to get out of work and hit OHP and my shoulders and BI's Day. Crazy how fast these first 2 cycles are going by. (granted I skipped week 4's deload in the first cycle) but I thoroughly enjoy this routine.

Thanks man. The only thing Ive been struggling with is the Curls of all things..I would say that maybe I'm just gassed by the end of the workout, but nothing I'm doing is really hitting my Bi's at all so that cant be it. The last few weeks I've struggled with them. I mean the pump and size I get is great so it's not a huge complaint, but I'd really like to be getting better rep counts out of all 4 sets.
