in the restaurant i'm not worried about the ring snagging on anything, but i don't wear mine because it get wet every time i wash my hands and i tend to get a rash. also with the lifting and such. i put it on from time to time when we go out, but actually most of the guys in my family don't wear their wedding bands...
how's it feel to be doing full body barbell work vs rebar?

Went a little heavier yesterday that I have all week, as evident with the weights used, got a litte bit more DOMS...specifically in my chest and shoulders and rear delts.
Today's set up is going to be a little different...
front squats
sissy squats
floor press
incline chair push ups
yates row
deadlift
Ohp
wide grip upright row

back from vacation...Drove 12 hours yesterday with the kids to get home. Recovering today and unpacking, then probably hit a session up either today but definitly tomorrow. Back to the p/p/l/p/p/l set up till I go back to work.
