Your squat numbers looked pretty good from the start of this log, any reason why or is that just your lift

I ran Starting Strength from Feb to July this year. Started with a 145x5 squat now I'm um to 300x3 in 10 months. Not bad considering that I had both my legs and knees crushed by a 60LB slab of concrete back in '06 while on my 4th deployment to Iraq and spent '06-10 rehabbing and learning how to walk. Got medically cleared to hit the weights full time in January 2012.

Cycle 5 wave 3 bench press
Bench
105 1x5
135 1x5
150 1x3
180 1x5
190 1x3
200 1x2
200 2x1
Good showing on bench today. warm ups were OK and the 180 felt pretty heavy, but after that no issues at all with the weight. Wanted to hit at least 2 and did, probably had 4 in me with a spotter. Again did 2 singles after and they were light as a feather.
BBB
135 5x10
Felt good. A few of the reps were pretty hard towards the end, which is good.
Chins
10,9,10,7,7 for 43 total
Arms were pretty shot after all that benching.
Cable pressdowns
45 5x20
These were a real killer. Had to do some rest pause on a few of the sets but was able to get all reps. These by far have helped my bench out as my arms don't fatigue as fast as they used to.
A nice strong day in the gym for sure, which is good coming off a long tiring weekend. Bench felt nice and tight today and I was able to hit some single on my heavy set. Progressing very well I think.OG

And now to the crucial question. According to my book; Pull ups are when you have the palms outward against the bar and Chins are when the palms are facing inwards against the bar..?
There are different points of view on this definition...

Nice benching man, glad to hear it was light in the end. Good job.
Ive been doing 2 different one arm tricep extensions with a 42lb dumbell. Dont have machines so stuck with them.
Good job.One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

Nice job on the bench. For the tricep pushdowns, what type of bar are you using for these? Rest between sets? Only doing them on Bench day?
