Solid and strong day bro. Glad to see you doing that ab work. You might feel some hamstring stretch seeing as it's standing vs the kneeling version, at the same time though most of it should be felt in your core. You may also feel a little bit in your hip flexors as well.

Ah ok. I felt nothing in my core, but good ham/glute for sure. Could be because I was not using a heavy enough weight though.

if you add weight to 5 reps with bodyweight - would you not only get a couple then... i certainly would still try to progress them without weight...
If you've been negged and wish to complain email;
If you're questioning your sexuality and need someone to talk to email;
If you'd like to complain about something BOZZ did email; (*NOTE: be sure to use "Bozz is a phaggot" as subject line)
If you're a single man, enjoy long walks, sandy beaches, and rainbows email;

I was doing around 70 a workout when I was doing 531 so I could get at the least 4 sets of 10 with no issue. I'm just doing sets of 5 because I like a 2:1 pull to push ratio.

Got my fall arreest in the mail yesterday. Bought a size small since it goes by waist measurement, belt size is 32-40. Put it on and it fit just fine in the chest and waist...the legs are a different story. I'm on the 3rd to last belt hole on the nylon, which you can not get replacement parts for.
Hopefully I'll get on a job where I'll get a bigger one for free.
