Cycle 5 wave 1 squats
Back from Bahstan b!tches
Squats
160 1x5
190 1x5
225 1x3
235 1x5
250 1x5
265 1x5
Felt heavy as **** today so I just stuck with the required reps
BBB squats
160 5x10
by the 3RD set my legs and hammies were so tight...but I kept on trucking
SLDL
70 4x10
Felt good on these...will up the next cycle to 75lbs
Lat pulldowns
150 1x12
150 1x10
120 3x15
Easy, but others where using the pull up area for windshield wippers.
Overall a good start to the cycle but I felt weak as sh!t coming off the deload.

Welcome back bro, squat session looked solid. After a week of nothing I'm sure the DOMs are going to be pretty intense, enjoy .

Cycle 5 wave 1 bench press
In honor of the election last night...
Bench
105 1x5
135 1x5
150 1x3
160 1x5
170 1x5
180 1x8
Felt good on these. Had to grind out the last rep but other than that no issues
BBB
135 5x10
**** these were a killer. Technically I was suppose to do 130 but fcuk it. Towards the end of the sets I really had to dig deep and grind out the reps.
Chins
3x10
1x8
1x6
Back was pretty much still feeling DOMS from Monday but I did what I could. Better than none.
Pressdowns
45 5x20
Arms were swole as fcuk after this. The final 5-6 reps on the 3,4,5 sets were a gut check...but ya just gotta power thorugh it.
Overall...a great day in the gym. Gonna really feel these DOMS the next few days though. Rest day tomorrow then deads on Friday.OG

Quality workout. + 3 is solid. So, the 100 press down exercise, do you notice any change in your triceps? Any help on the other lifts?

Beyond novice, 5 3 1 or see above:)
Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).

Well a woman who was fit as hell was mirning my pressdowns and commented on them...so that's a good thing, LOL.
But seriously...I think it gives me more endurance for benching as my tris don't seem to be the first thing that fails anymore. As for OHP I don't think it's helping that much, but seeing that that is everyone weakest lift I'm not to worried about it.OG
