Same here, yesterday felt like crap, like i caught a head cold or something. Hopefully it'll clear up at the gym.
speaking of which, I got chest today, sux it falls on ICD. Anyways debating if I should do 3x30 sets, 5x20 sets, or 6x15 sets for my routine today. Adjust weight according to rep scheme, nothing heavy though, just doing volume.

I"ve been doing squats 2 or 3 times per week for the past month now too. The first week sucked big time, but your body seems to adapt quick cause its ok now. I don't go as hard the 2nd day of the week though.
I'm more worried about the lower back than knees. Squats done right and past parallel are actually much better on knees than above parallel, and I haven't had any knee issues...only strained my back last week. But I rested and its good again.
But today I did switch form though. Instead of the narrower stance, and really low ATG ala olympic style squat, I went wider and still go below parallel but you can't go super low in wide stance. Seems alot less strain on my lower back this way and hits the posterior chain more, which I think I need more of anyway.
Only bad thing is that for wider stance, I don't really feel like I need to use the squat shoes I recently bought. Only feels like I need them when doing narrow stance and going really low. So thats $120 wasted now unless I go back to narrow stance sometime.My vids
