all u guys are talking about losing weight or get in the low 200lbs range, i hate it, i like being above 225lbs.
heres me 2 weeks ago,just woke up n snapping a pic at the pool before going in the water at 210lbs from dieting.

awesome freakin leg work out... went up in weight.
Squats 225lbs warm up
--->405lbs 4 sets of x5
--->455lbs 1 set ox x5
--->475lbs 1 set of x5
--->495lbs 1 set of x3
*20-25sec pause*
Then some Leg press - and hamstrings, stiff legged dl's, and leg ext
I wouldnt have did sections like that if i knew i could get that weight up or i would of just went up to 495 or 500lbs even lol... next time.
Ill have footage uploaded as soon as its finished (not bad) afghan internet is super slow.

It's iffy with that btw, Flex magazine had a column at one time where they did a study that using wraps can impact the strength of your joints/ligaments in the long run (weakens them). But I still use them whenever I go heavy since I rather have some sort of protection over none.
I have been squatting, BOR, deadlift without wraps or belts lately though.CONQUERING BARBELL

Hey Evo...sorry I didn't get to call you when I was in LA. I was planning to but didnt bother since I didnt' have a car or know where the heck I was anyway. I just let my buddy take me whereever since I don't know the LA area at all. But I pretty much just did the Ktown thing all weekend.

Yeah I'll see her on Wed, will find out the deets of the trip. All I know is they stayed in the main district and were walking distance to everything, so no need for taxis. I believe they did take one bus tour to Niagara Falls though.
Work is always work. You ever go to Palmer Lake, they got like one tavern in the whole town, cool place to hang out though. Also you notice every liquor store between Highlands Ranch and Co Spgs is owned by Koreans? lol

cardio/core day. was planning to do burpees for some cardio but free area room had classes whole time i was there. really hate this night time gym chit, hopefully my gym goes back to being 24 hours or at least a 5am opening.
just did treadmill instead, trying to get to a 6 minute mile. currently at about a 7:30♣BOSTON STRONG♣

I'm going to check out those knee bands. My left knee has been bothering me lately, probably because I've been going heavy on squats for about 5-6 months now.
Thinking of getting sleeves instead of wraps, because wraps just look like they're a PITA to wrap up tightly and unwrap
