Tix prices has increased the last two years. However, I can't knock all vendors down. Some of the bigger vendors are still doing it big such as Muscle Pham, ON and BB.com are probably the top 3. BSN, Gaspari and VPX used to be the most generous vendors but not any more. Muscle Pham really stepped it up this year. ON and bb.com are always generous despite other vendors such as BSN, Gaspari and VPX has cutting back.
If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.

That's the only reason I started lifting and plus the fact that after I had sex I was sitting there indian style and the sauna whore was hanging on my back looking down and said she couldn't see my dick cause my belly was blocking it. That was the straw that broke the camels back and it made me go back to the gym.
I've been dieting hard now for almost exactly 2 months now and my 4 top abs are easily visible now without even having to flex but the bottom 2 are tricky. They seem to only want to appear after I do some ab exercises but disappear like a few hours after even if I flex. I figure another month of this diet and I'll have them all appear without even flexing.Let's put a smile on that face :)

Lol thanks twin! I have'nt tried 32's yet but dam it's hard finding pants with small waist and decent size leg opening! I don't want to wear MC Hammer style pants...Ohhh ohhh alright stop Hammer time.

You can't exactly add size to your quads on a cut, you can recomposition it in a way they will look bigger even at it's current size.
I am doing a Power/Hyper type routine to where I hit everything twice a week. One day power movement, one day hyper movement for volume.

I'm hitting legs 2x a week as well... I agree with what Audie is saying about recomposition of muscles; if you form it just right then they'll look big once cut...
I know it'll be hard for me to bring up my legs, however knowing that, I'm trying to work more ham drop (near back of knee) and more quad sweep so they'll look large from the side.
(Don't listen to me I'm just a noob trying to sound helpful )
